We may collect name, username, email address, account role, class enrollment information, learning activity, assessment results, progress data, and device/browser information.

2. How We Use Information

Information may be used to provide educational services, track progress, improve platform functionality, respond to support requests, maintain security, and generate educational reports.

3. Student Data

Student learning records are used solely for educational purposes and platform functionality. AhMath LC does not sell student data.

4. Information Sharing

AhMath LC does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only when required by law or when necessary to operate platform services.

5. Security

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect user information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

Information is retained as long as necessary to provide educational services or comply with legal obligations.

7. Third-Party Services

Certain platform features may rely on third-party services. Their use is governed by their respective privacy policies.

8. Google Account Data (Email Integration)

If a teacher chooses to connect their Google account, AhMath LC requests permission to send email on that teacher’s behalf and—where the teacher selects a Google Sheet as a data source—to read that specific spreadsheet. AhMath LC uses this access only to send the messages a teacher composes within AhMath LC (for example, personalized progress or attendance emails to students and guardians) and to merge in data from a sheet the teacher explicitly chooses. AhMath LC does not read the contents of a teacher’s mailbox, does not access files in the teacher’s Google Drive other than those the teacher selects, does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not sell or transfer it to third parties. A teacher can disconnect their Google account at any time from their profile page. AhMath LC’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Children’s Privacy

AhMath LC is intended for educational use under the supervision of schools, teachers, parents, or guardians where applicable.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically.
